No. At sign-up we auto-assign you a starter AI avatar so you can try the product immediately with 3 free photos — no reference photos, no credit card. If you want to build a custom avatar later, you can either upload 3 photos or design one from scratch in our visual builder.

Yes. Every new account gets a free starter avatar and 3 free photo generations. No credit card required to claim them.

From sign-up to your first generated photo: just a moment. The avatar is ready immediately after registration, picking a template is instant, and the generation itself is fast.

No. There are no prompts to write, no model parameters to tune, no LoRA training to set up. You browse templates the way you'd browse a clothing store, pick one, and click generate.

Custom avatars (built from your photos or via the visual builder) are unique to your account. Starter avatars are pre-built identities shared across new accounts so the product works instantly — once you build or upload a custom avatar, that one is private to you.

Yes. You can keep multiple avatars in your account and switch the 'active' one at any time. Only the active avatar is used for new generations.

You can't edit an existing avatar's features, but creating a new one is fast. New custom avatars cost 5 credits (about €1 at the lowest plan).

Yes — identity consistency is the whole point of BeModel. The same face, body, hair colour and key visual attributes carry across every photo template you generate AND across the 5-second videos (the video pipeline first generates a starting frame from your avatar, then animates it, so the identity is locked from frame one).

You can upload your own photos to train an avatar that resembles you. You cannot upload photos of other real people without their explicit consent — see our Terms of Service for the responsible-use policy.

Pick any template from the 500+ catalog, click generate, and the AI renders your avatar inside that scene. Photos cost 1 credit. Videos cost 5 credits.

Photo templates produce one still image of your avatar in the scene. Video templates run a two-step pipeline: first generate a starting frame from your avatar, then animate it into a 5-second video clip. Both keep the same persistent avatar identity. Video templates show a VIDEO badge so you can tell them apart in the catalog.

A two-step pipeline. Step 1 (Nano Banana Pro) generates a starting frame from your avatar's reference photos and the template's photo prompt. Step 2 (Kling v2.6 Pro) animates that frame into a 5-second clip. The gallery shows a live progress animation while you wait.

Not directly — the free trial is 3 photo credits, and each video costs 5 credits. To try videos, you'd need to subscribe or top up credits.

Click the Report button on any bad result (deformed face, doesn't match template, off-avatar) and we refund automatically. Photos refund 1 credit each, videos up to 5. Total refunds cap at 10% of your monthly credits — partial refunds happen when you bump against the cap.

Yes. Photos download as full-resolution PNG. Videos download as MP4. Both are watermark-free.

No. Both are clean — no BeModel watermark anywhere.

Photos run on Nano Banana Pro (Google Qwen 2.0 family) — one of the most photoreal AI image models available. Videos run on Kling v2.6 Pro, conditioned on a starting frame we generate from your avatar so the identity is locked. Both are indistinguishable from real media at thumbnail size and require careful inspection at full resolution.

Yes. Each generation is slightly different even with the same avatar + template combo, so it's normal to generate 2-3 variants and pick your favourite.

Subscription-based with monthly or annual billing. Four plans: Starter (100 credits/month), Pro (300), Creator (600), Diamond (1000). 1 credit = 1 photo. 5 credits = 1 video. Annual saves ~15% over monthly. Pricing starts at €20/month.

USD, EUR, GBP and CAD. Stripe Checkout auto-detects your location and shows the price in your local currency.

Yes. Cancel from your account settings any time — you keep access until the end of your current billing period, no questions asked.

Plan credits reset every billing cycle (they don't roll over). Top-up credits you buy separately never expire.

Yes. You can buy 100, 300, 600 or 1000 extra credits as a one-time purchase at any time from your account's Subscription page.

No. Photos you upload to create an avatar, and photos and videos you generate, are never used to train any AI model — ours or third-party.

Yes. Both are stored in private buckets and accessed only via per-user signed URLs that expire every 60 minutes. Nobody else can see your gallery.

You do. You have full commercial rights to every photo and video you generate on BeModel. Use them for Instagram, TikTok, brand collaborations, ads — whatever fits your audience.
